Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items can only be accepted if returned unopened and in their original packaging without any damage; alternatively, photographic evidence will need to be provided if the item was received damaged. Used or opened tea packs cannot be returned. Return fees will be deducted from the refund and the refund will take 14 days to process. 

Standard delivery takes 3 - 5 business days. Next day delivery is etimated to arrive within 1 - 2 business days assuming orders are placed before 2pm. Please note, charges may be added if the courier unsuccessful to deliver your order more than once. Delivery addresses in Northern Island, Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands, and some other locations should expect an additional charge of £2.75 depending on the courier. Please note, next day services are not always available.
